Our Story
Kohi started in 2023 when Maia and Jono took over an old barbershop on New North Road and turned it into a proper neighbourhood living room. The name comes from the te reo Maori word for coffee.

The Space
Natural wood, indoor plants, concrete floors, and the kind of music that makes you stay for a second coffee. Whether you're working on your laptop, catching up with a friend, or grabbing a flat white on the way to work, there's a seat for you.
We're walk-in only because the best mornings aren't planned.
Coffee
We take our coffee seriously but not ourselves. Flat whites, long blacks, matcha lattes, and everything in between. Oat, almond, and coconut milk available. Decaf too, no judgment.
